Try to rebuild the project and any dependent project from scratch. Be aware that you must use a new Harbour and MinGW. Rename old Harbour and MinGW directories to be sure you are not using them.

It happens when compiling a new project, with just a form, using a clean Xailer 6 installation.

you've probably installed the new harbour version over the old one. Please, install it in a new empty dir.
