I had Xailer 5.x on my PC, and am trying to install 6.x. An email from Xailer on 3/25 said I have to repeat the register process.
But when I try to register from Help/Product Registration/Directly by Internet,
it says I have no more activations available.
It mentions in the email about introducting the activation key manually, but I don't understand how to do that. I tried
By email from this computer, but receive no response.
Just confirmed - 5.x and 3.x are still working, on this PC.
Note that this is a problem that Support is helping me with, privately. I'll try and reply to this after we resolve it, to assist anyone with similar issues in the future.
